Ken@Pinelakecountryclub.com

Married in 1986 with three children and wife Crystal, son Nickolas and daughters, Sierra and Olivia Born in Warrick Rhode Island 1961. Growing up in a time of comfort food and Latin influence on my Moms side, I developed a taste for the kitchen at a young age.
Working in various Restaurants in the early 1980’s, I began loving the food and creativity. I assumed my first executive chef position in 86’.After that my career expanded with Northern Italian influence and French cuisine for many years
winning cook offs and awards. Now being here at PLCC since the mid 90’s, it has been an extraordinary experience in the country club life I’ve grown to know, especially getting to know the members and their families and who are very appreciative.
